This may have been addressed so I apologize if it has, but all I saw was about GPS for truckers.

Anyhow, what is the best online map to use for us? I'm aware of google and mapquest, but that doesn't mention anything for trucks. Is there such a software that may tell you of low bridges, streets trucks aren't supposed to be on, etc? Thanks for any replies!

I know there are some that provide the information you're asking about, but I've no experience with them. I've got a regular 'ol GPS and it suits me fine. The absolute best thing you can have is a trucker's atlas in your cab at all times. I always preview where I'll be driving, the night before just to help minimize the potential for any "surprises".

As far as what you're asking about, I'd visit some of the more well know online trucker supply stores. Most will sell GPS's for truckers and have plenty of info.

    Good luck!:biggrin_255:
