I love Tabasco so much, I have the little story on the back of the bottle memorized. Trucks, oilfield, ham radio, and Tabasco.

If you are lucky enough to find Louisiana gold hot sauce give it a try

Thank you for all the replies, please keep the info coming, knowledge is power.

Well I think @okiedokie is onto something.

I think the secret to WTF spicy is it has to have a hint of sweet to it.

I'm going to have to give Wally's a whirl.

Tabasco is ok, but not even spicy.

    Same with Louisiana.

Cholula is good, that's the one with the mamasita on the bottle right? But again, not really any fire.

Frank's is rubbish. It's so sour, you could make lemonade with it.

I ask store bought, so I can have some extra in the truck.

Although I do enjoy times like this morning when this woman gasped as I dumped half a bottle of Tabasco on my to go box.

One sauce that is not really hot but has good flavor is the Tabasco brand Green Jalapeno sauce.

I like Frank's Red Hot, but only on on Scrambled Eggs. I would never use it on Mexican food.

    Louisiana is better.

    Sriracha is different but okay.

    Cholula is good.

    Tapatio is good.

I guess I'd pick Louisiana for a favorite standard hot sauce aside from when I go for spicy Chinese food getting General Tso's or Kung Pao type sauce.

The Chinese spicy is the ultimate, but hard to get in a bottle.

I mix this Thai sauce, all the righting is in Cantonese, so I have no idea what it says; but it's SOOOOOO flavorful, with about 5 or 6 of those little red Thai peppers chopped up.........

That's the stuff. So hot can barely eat it, but so good you can't stop.

There is a Thai restaurant near where I live that can do a version of General Tso's that is far better than the Chinese restaurants here lol. I loved getting that or their Green Curry during the long winter here.

    #### I'm tempted to go get some now lol.

Had some last night at a place near a shipper I go to a lot.

It never bothers me to pick up there, and stay there, because of that Chinese place lol.

I love hot sauce but can't stand Tabasco, unless it's the green Tabasco and that's only good on scrambled eggs..... Sriracha is my personal favorite 2.jpg
