There's a great Thai restaurant near me that I love. When i finally established myself as a regular and kept asking for something hotter, they let me order from the non-english menu. They had to read it to me, but that's where the good stuff is. I left with my mouth and belly on fire, tempted to go back in for more.

Heard good things about Marie Sharp's, never had it myself.
For a fermented asian sauce Huy fong's (Same company that makes the sriracha with the rooster on the bottle) Chili Garlic is gooood. Comes in a jar.
