You can't get a serious answer because if you do a little research on this forum you will fine your answer. There are to many variables. What do you want to pull, flats, Vans, tankers, get the picture.
Also, the way you come on here is like you want us to do all your homework for you . There is a way of asking "politely". With that being said, it all depends on what you want to haul. Being an O/O, we don't get benefits, We pay for them even if you lease into a company. The mega carriers will tell you we offer blah blah blah, but at the end, it comes out of your settlement.

    Seems you edited your post.
Others will chime in, maybe...... Seems you want to lease. I don't know of any that pay well. I do my own thing and works out better. Others say that leases work for them . Be patient, they will chime in.

Seriously, how long will it be to your planned purchase? We could all come back and say company X is the best around. But a lot can change in as little as a few months in this industry. A simple policy change can take a once great company and turn it in to one nobody will admit to having ever pulled for. If an O/O company decides to put their own trucks on the road with company drivers, a lot of O/O's will head for the door.

In general, the good companies are easy to find. Because everyone is talking about them (In a good way. Not like Swift).
