Best part of the country for freight coming n going???

    This is a good choice. It may take some time for more posts.

    It will depend to some degree on the type of freight and the season too. If you're running reefer and a lot of produce, that will definitely be a seasonal thing.

    I'm from St.Louis. I've got Hwy 70. Hwy 44. Hwy 64. Hwy 55.
    All in minutes of my house. Wanted some opinions out there were you think best places
    for coming n going freight??

    Where do driver's sit the most waiting on a load

    Texas has been hot lately for incoming and outgoing freight. I've spent more time in Texas than any other state the past 2-3 months. I do dry van BTW.

    Anything that does not involve picking up or delivering from a location in new york, or any place that you have to drive to new york to get there. Or florida, ive never made good money coming out of florida.

    Really depends on what your hauling. As far as keeping busy, cheaper fuel, less traffic, for the most part no mountains to go over, I would say the heartland is a pretty good place to be. If you are in ST. Louis that is a pretty central place and should keep you busy. I live in Florida. This is probably one of the worst places.
