Graduates
New Graduates from SBL Approved CDL Programs as Entry Level drivers and drivers with (6 months to less than 1 yr of experience for advanced entry level):

• Must be at least 21 years of age and Provide Completion Certificate And Transcript from approved CDL training school.
• Train for five days with a driver trainer at your assigned terminal.
• Attend and complete company training at the Training and Development Center for one week in Greer, SC within the first thirty days.
• Successfully complete the Entry Level Training Program for Thirty Days with Driver Trainers at your assigned terminal (15 days for advanced entry level).
• Prove ability to perform the duties of a driver determined by the Trainers and Safety Manager's evaluation to be released from training.
