Best place to go as a new Schneider driver???

I have 3 sons in their mid to late 20's,2 were set up in good trucking jobs but soon realized the risk doesn't justify the reward. Both have now chosen careers not related to trucking and I can't blame them.I only do it because I know nothing else and its just me and mama.Trucking was good to me from '86 to 2007 not so good now.
