I-40 is the best way to go until you hit Oklahoma. You will need to make a choice. I44 into ST Louis which I think is pretty good or 40 until 67 to St louis, My recommendation is 44 until St Louis from I-40 in Oklahoma.

I suspect a greater issue pending with you and POS tractors that wont pull on upgrades. Try to relax and understand that all trucks, particularly POS Company tractors fall down on upgrades. Those are not the problem It's the downgrades you need to keep it right.

Nothing wrong with MO and AR, just a bunch of little hills. Any reasonably powerful tractor can put those away really easy.

There is not a trucker who hasnt driven 40. 40 is not a bad road cross country. You will have hills regardless.

Winter is coming. Wont be too long before your desire for hills to go away is replaced by fair weather no winter storm driving.

Oh god don't do 8 and 10. no no no. On 8 is Spotted Wolf to east of San Diego.

Get 15 to 40 and roll on. Forget about that 8 and 10.
