best route to new jersey from cali

    The man (or woman) is driving on a coast to coast run. The last time I checked there was no logical, cost effective, or direct route that WOULDN'T take him (or her) over some hills. I don't think any company is going to let someone run from the LA Basin to New Jersey via I-10 and I-95.

    why buy a road atlas.

    truckmiles.com is free. and lists all the truckstops along the way. along with fuel.

    can the atlas do that??????

    If he stays on the New Jersey Turnpike, which most people would coming up 95, he will run into some fancy tolls - depending on how far north he goes.

    Course if he actually stays on 95--he wouldnt pay any tolls in Jersey at all-now Md and Del that is another story LOL

    Because you can look at the road atlas in an instant. Because you can still use a road atlas even when you're in area where you're not getting 3G/4G reception. Little things like that.
