That Pilot is in Collins.
US54& MO13
Shelbys has a handful or parking spots.
200 MO-13, Lowry City, MO 64763
That Pilot is probably your best bet.
Been a while since I've been there, but watch for Potholes in Parking Lot
If you're going South, to avoid crossing 13, turn left out of the parking lot (when leaving), then turn left at US54, then you can get on the regular ramp.
(edit) You can go same way to get there. If you don't want to have to cross, just get off at US54 exit go East (under hwy if going south) and first right (south) It's only marked as '13' on Google Maps..
