    Obviously your major holidays are paid (thanksgiving, xmas, labor day, 4th of july, etc.) We get load and unload pay. We get detention pay at $15/hour after 4 hours and 1-2 years receive 1 week paid vacation. 3-5 gets you 2 weeks.

    I was already an experienced driver when I went to tanker. I was trained by Quality Carriers at the Channellview, Tx terminal (4 10+hr days) followed by running local training loads with another driver until I was comfortable doing it. Overall, i was satisfied with it.

    Im out of 771 also....I cant do the local stuff it would drive me to be a alcoholic in the daytime
