The problem with Schneider in my experience, after having applied with them on two separate occasions over a year apart, is that they might promise you that at some point you'll work in a position that you want to work in but you might have to take a different position that you probably don't want and would not want to stay in for any extended period of time just to have any hopes of getting the actual position that you do want at some point in the future. The company will control that entirely so you have to be ready and accept such a decision should it come down to that.

I didn't experience what you're talking about but it wouldn't surprise me with them. "Paying your dues" is for union work. Trusting an "at will" employer to keep their word on anything beyond your next paycheck is a fool's errand.Blagoje Thanks this. -
If you can survive the training & then the following 12 months or so @ Schneider -- trust me, you'll be ready.
