The standing room was great, Unfortunately I'll be sitting most of the time. Hopefully driving. :)

I have been in the Newer Frightliners, volvo's,Internationals,Pete's and KW. I would say the Volvo's and the KW and Pete's are the best for the taller folks. Cascadia and the prostars were too cramped for my 6'1" tall body.

Looks like KW gets the nod with Freightliner on the bottom. Thanks for all the info.

Wonder what KW new 680/700 rated for MPG Average. Any idea what new new Trucks (ALL) cost these days about?

I remember my dumb and dumber partner at Stevens was a tall guy, over 6' and he found that the Aerocab T600's were the only one he really fit in as there was nothing behind the driver's seat and he could move it back further than in other trucks he drove. I remember Peterbilt 379 cabs seemed kind of cramped but I've seen plenty of tall Texas cowboys climb out of them, lol!

I also recently was driving a Cascadia...It had the wider seats and driving was more comfortable than the Pete,
My 2011 ProStar was really not meant for tall guys.
I like stretching my legs out sometimes with the cruise on.....lol.

We looked at a new Volvo 780 and it was really nice inside..

Lol! Yea,I have always liked the looks of the 379 too....Even if I was a bit cramped I would still take a nice 379...

Im 6-6 withoutt the boots....I like the prostar...mine has the fixed top bunk which I tossed the mattress and use the deck for storage..rain gear..clothes etc.if ur tall its perfect...plus with long arms you can reach back and open the pantry for a snack without taking yer eyesoff the road.and the drivers seat goes waaaay back...I use the net for the top bunk...fuel mpg....I pulled 15000. From larado to ashland va and got 9.8 standing on the governor the whole way.....my .02

He's not talking about standing up, he's talking about while sitting.

I drove a T700 and didn't care for it at all. Not near enough leg room for me. I'm 6'2" and the seat just wouldn't go back far enough due to the cabinet behind it. I'll keep my real KW, thanks.
