I haven't been out to Portland in forever...how's Jubitz these days? I remember it being pretty well decent back when I used to run through there, but don't know if it'd qualify for a "best" these days.
By the way and speaking of which: how are we measuring "best" here? What are the criteria for a TS to make a "best" list?
(And apologies in advance for the slippery slope this question may cause...) -
I love the single deck blackjack at the Petro in Sparks Nevada but parking is at a premium and I enjoy the casino at Skycity in New Mexico.

Some of the items in 7 Feathers market are way overpriced but they have a good deli. Otherwise, it is one of the best truck stops I've been to. Jubitz is pretty good. They have an actual laundromat and a small movie theater. Gee Cees is another favorite just up I-5 in Washington at exit 57. Good restaurant that's unfortunately closed on weekends the last time I was there.
