Best way to connect and build raport with owner operators as a new Broker?

So to me it is easy, you have to answer the question what can you do for me better than other brokers?

This starts with full disclosure.

it moves to who are your customers and do their needs fit into mine, mine are far more important.

do you have enough capital to pay me when you say I’ll get paid?

 

As a O/O I would love to work with a new broker and build a great relationship. The problem is most new brokers do not have the cash flow to make it worth my time to work with them. If you can start out and pay right after delivery like most brokers offing quick pay. Make it for quick pay is better than most other brokers that are Free to 5 Percent. Most are around 3 percent. So beat that and pay on time with clear communication. You will be a winner in no time!
