I'd love to drive solo with this outfit, but they don't have that as an option. I may have to do a 180 anyway. I really don't see how I'm supposed to find an agreeable teammate and get started in essentially two weeks. I didn't want to end this year on such a bad note. I feel as if a lot of my local options are coming up snake eyes.

If you look at EO classifieds there are several females looking to work for someone also needing team driver.

What CPM did they offer for teams? When I worked for them we were at .48cpm split.....with the miles we were getting ( Not Many) it wasnt worth it.

    Hope the best for ya...

What company are they going to have you leased to? Paul deals with several different expedite companies. They offered me a solo position with active aero to get me to come back.

When I looked, all I saw was one post looking for someone in Colorado. The rest are out of state. I found that ad over here, too. I attempted to contact, but have no response.

This was Mayfield. There are some Denver ones, but the recruiter said they want eight weeks out, two days back, which is no good. I can see three weeks, eight is ridiculous. That's when I pushed for Mayfield.
