How about it?
I just had a near disaster today....
I had the bottom middle blow-out and then top pallets started to lean....
Every pallet was Vee boarded and strapped....
Front group had two straps plus a vee board on the front with straps criss-crossed.....The same for top front pallets....
Still blew out....First time this happened and I have hauled dozens of these roofing loads.....
Anyone have any other ways to secure these loads?
Best way to secure Roofing felt....

the reason I won't load double stacked roll roofing.
So the full bottom layer was V-board and strapped, and it still sagged.
Learned this tip from an old hand.
Take a 2" strap and go around 4 pallets of rolls. He always did three sets in the middle of the load. -
Sorry, couldn't help that one!

THAT is why I would never haul double stacked rolls. I'm very surprised FMCSA hasn't prohibited it. So my tip is, don't haul it.
