Haven't talked to my accountant yet, but I need to. So when we buy new equipment, we're able to deduct depreciation on our taxes. What happens when it doesn't depreciate, and the value stays the same or increases, say like real estate? My guess is we'll get hit for capital gains tax if it increases, or if the depreciation isn't as much as we previously deducted, we'll have to pay back taxes for deducting too much depreciation.

Nobody would pay that but I'd be awful #### tempted if they would. I dunno wth I would do though. I could pay the house off but I couldn't walk away from the industry. I'd have to get a real job taking orders from a boss man again!
