You can achieve much better MPG if you have all the tires.

Saw that at Brandon, MB on a tri-axle van, looked exactly the same, all three wheels on one side.

So a couple of trailer tires are missing and the wheel hubs are ground down to almost nothing, what's the big deal?

Sheesh, you internet cops are something else! Cut the poor guy some slack, he was probably fighting the time on his ELD, that's all.

That's one of those "ultra-light" rigs. That dude can easily scale 50k pounds of cargo. For that fleet, maximizing payload is more important than fuel economy

This does not hold true if your max gross, and your not geared for 58mph. Even better than 58mph is 54 mph if your set to run that at 1200 to 1400 rpm.

Unbelievable. The goof left his truck on the fuel island while he went in to shower...

In all seriousness, usually something extreme like this is normally a sign of a disgruntled employee. The dumbest driver on the planet would have stopped when the tires popped. This fool wore through the brake drums. He was making a statement to the entire industry. And for the grand finale, he parks it on the fuel island.

Well played, friend. I don't know you, and I don't agree with your methods, but I d salute you and you have won my admiration. Thank you for not being cowardly and harming innocents. The next adult beverage will be in your honor. You sir are a bad man.
