broker a load through them and be prepared for them to advance a 50% fuel advance to you charging you an 80.00 fee and this is all without you even requesting a fuel advance and your not even aware there is a com check there for you ,untill they pay you half the billed rate that is!!!!!!I bet they are hoping you dont notice the difference and then they pocket the com check for 50% of the load.
beware Allan Lund scam

If I remember, on the paperwork they have an opt out section. The other thing was the guy I talked to was pushy. I didn't want the load but he wanted to send me the paperwork to get set-up with them. Fine, go ahead and email it. Then I get a load confirmation with a higher rate asking if I would do the load at the new rate.
Called to tell them I didn't want it at any rate but gone for the day. Call in the morning from someone telling me they would release the load if I didn't get the paperwork in. Told them the story and they didn't seem surprised.heavyhaulerss Thanks this. -
You must be dealing with a bad agent I have never had a problem with their charlotte office I've pulled a couple loads both over $2 a mile dry loads and the fuel advance was $25 on one the other I did a quick pay which was $25 as per contract its 1.5% with a $25 mimun you mudt have hauled a $5300 load for them to charge that much

I have to admit in my dealings with them I have never had an issue. However I did opt out of fuel advances with them when I did the carrier agreement.
