I'm out, going to spend some time with the Wife after being out for 2 years straight trying to get this Land Mortgage PAID !

Normally I drive for 4 to 8 weeks out and then come home to Mexico for 5 days to a week, but not in the last 2 years market, I just stayed out for 2 years straight !

Nice to be home for a change, but now it's time to head out again, plan now is to pay $2000 weekly on a $200,000 balance and be through with it in the next 2 years, sounds good at least !

    BE SAFE !
    PEACE !
    ✌️

    Compensation:
    Current:
    75% Lease Op / 25% Company

    Previously:
    88% Lease Op / 12% Company

. . .and my exact reason for moving on seeking "Greener Pastures", Drivers have to eat also !

But that's the name of the game, take, take, take from the Driver until Drivers DON'T EXIST ANYMORE, thus the 'Autonomous Trucks", ANYTHING but PAY THE DRIVER MORE !

Last but not least I WILL SAY THIS ABOUT SUPEREGO !

SuperEgo will SPOIL YOU with the amount of FREEDOM SuperEgo gives you in truly treating you like an OWNER OPERATOR ! and lack of MicroManagement, then you go to other companies that are using "Group Chat" where everyone is the Chat is supposingly your "BOSS" reporting to three or more people even and ALWAYS chiming in on you and your Dispatcher conversations, Zero privacy !

Whereas at SuperEgo it's just you and your Dispatcher and the Dispatcher clearly knows who the BOSS is !, and if you're not happy with your Dispatcher fired them as many times as you like until you find the proper fit, with no negative repercussions on your record or towards you, sane holds true with your Yard Manager, Feet Manager, Trailer Manager, don't like them FIRE THEM !

THAT PART !, SuperEgo GETS IT RIGHT 100% !

BIG THUMBS UP TO SUPEREGO on that part !

I was just about to start believing everything you had previously said and then you go and make two more posts after you said “I’m out”.
Now I have to rethink everything you’ve said…..

Unless they promised to get you there and didn't, it's not their problem. Sounds like you assumed too much.

For one, way to self-gloss. How many plywood shacks you own is irrelevant. You act like you're owed something. Of you are so fabulously wealthy, just fly in on your Lear jet.

I know some wealthy people. Most of them are land holders or involved in agriculture some kind of way.
It's usually old money and the land has been in the family for decades.
When I say wealthy I mean multi millions and in a couple of cases billions.
None of them ever brag or feel any need to make a big deal out of what they have. If you didn't know them you'd never guess how well off they are.
The one thing they all agree on and practice is keeping the land productive. Row crops, orchards, rice, grains, cattle or whatever...the land produces.
They leave real estate speculation to the people who don't know any better.
