Beware of american truck group/american truck showrooms!!

That's what my plan is I found this nice looking Pete cal complaint for 18000 rebuilt engine but I might just wait till next year that way I can save more money I'm not in a big hurry I work for sysco so I make about 70000 a year as a driver but this job is a back breaker I tell you that

 

It's all in what your plan for the truck is. I know people who buy new trucks because they want the warrantee and trade them every 3-4 years. Then I know guys who buy $15,000 trucks and run them till they die then buy another one and keep going, and every thing in between.

 

yea plus it's way easier to work in a old truck compare to this new truck that have a lot of problems I'm just tired of working for a company plus it's been my dream since I was little to own my truck and be my own boss don't get me wrong if every turns out right I do Wanda buy one in the future that has 0 miles that will be my goal but will just have to wait and see

 

I did not do my homework and was taken for over 7000 dollars. They are total predators and scammers feeding on the hard earned money of low credit people. I have all voice mails and documents from these scammers. Would be happy to share with anyone thinking about doing business with them.

 

Ouch, let me guess they repo-ed the truck too?

 

wow!!! unbelievable!! i almost went for their deals for a peterbilt but after reading these posts i guess i will look elsewhere

 

Maybe we can all call and offer to buy a truck.
Send them on a wild goose chase.
Im going to give them the x wifes phone nunber..fir ####s and giggles.

 

It's amazing that companies like this can still operate after so many complaints, I'd shut them down and leave the scumbags in the street, laws need to change when it comes to companies like this!!

 

We address every complaint with every BBB not just the one in MS you wanna post about. We only have a C rating and it will be higher after the old complaints we were not notified about and answered late, have rolled off. Did you know we have an A+ rating in the other two states we are located in? Why don't you mention that?

I am trying to help people who read your trash talk realize you are obviously a stalker hater just trying to cyber bully us and drive our business away. If you really cared about truck drivers, you would realize this company has helped thousands. Take that and factor it in to your #of total complaints filed in history of years of business.Can you do that with your own business? Who doesn't get upset customers from time to time? All the BBB is a place to notify a business there is a problem. We contacted every customer ever to go to BBB, good and bad, to thanks them for their feedback, understand their situation or to remedy a mistake if we are out of line. Additionally, we are available 7 days a week on all social networks, websites we own etc for anyone who has a complaint to bring it to our attention as opposed to posting on bogus hater sites. Why do you want to judge us and jump to conclusions? What do you have against us? and do you investigate the sources you site to say we didn't do what we promise? Because I do. I investigate everyone. and if it happens to be an actual person we have done business with I have contacted them personally to remedy the situation.
Just because you have some reason to hate our company doesn't give you the right to take food out of the mouths of the people who work here by trying to ruin the business we support.

Everyone out there reading this can take what you say seriously or think about who the source of information is coming from. a no name fake profile who is deliberately hating on our company.

Quit hating on our company. We don't sell junk and everyone that works here dedicates their hard work, time and energy to keep our customers rolling. Sounds like you either have nothing better to do but hate on people you don't even know or you are blaming others for you not paying your bill and having a truck repo'd. Don't blame the world for your own shortcomings. Get over your hate in your heart. The world is cold enough already.

 

Just because you got fired, doesn't mean go trash talk your last place of employment.
We will find out who you are spreading malice and lies about our company. Everyone else that works here believes in what they do and want to do good for our customers. Please move on with your life and quit trashing us on the internet.
