If they would've told me that I have 30 minutes to sign this document that I don't have time to read it and if I don't sign it in 30 minutes I'll be trespassed... That document would've been going with the sun don't shine very quickly

 

I read a lot of posters who make such claims. I have yet to read about anyone actually doin' it. Perhaps the armed guards the Son-0-Chester employ to serve and protect the best interests of the folks with offices behind bullet proof glass and metal detectors, have a calming effect on those who've been burned. They're the one's tasked with ushering the suddenly unemployed off the sacred property, --- with the final advice being, "and don't come back".
Like that needs to be said, ............. right?

The Sons-0-Chester won't let a contract leave the room, for those who might suggest having an attorney look the document over. RED FLAG!!
But many sign anyway.
The Sons-0-Chester have been sued many times and they still haven't changed their ways. What does that tell us?

They depend on a 225% turnover rate. That's how they make the bucks, --- training wannaBees with inexperienced, underpaid, incompetent trainers. Their scam is so big folks can't see it. Even when they house students in unclean dorm style rooms with a bed-bug infestation, most still don't see the writin' on the wall.
That's the amount of respect they have for their students.

Getting an attorney to sue CRE is a waste of time. They have all kinds of lawsuits against them that last decades in court. Even when people win a class action lawsuit against CRE the payout gets caught up in legal limbo for the % interest they think they should pay. Better off just hacking it out and finding a better company to work for once training is over. The loan repayment is flexible as long as you talk with somebody from collections. I have had students quit right after phase 2 and everything was okay.

 

Quantity not quality should be their slogan.

England prolly has ads in other countries for drivers. I'd sign that document........in the bathroom.

 

I know this an old post but i just had to point out something here
while it is a good thing to share your faith with others ,however this
is not an appropriate subject to include the lord as a witness of the
CR England lease program ......as for the one who posted this ,if what he
is saying is gods truth may the lord bless him with a double portion ....if what he is saying is a lie
may the lord have a lease purchase plan for him

 

Fight back! ... the "they" you speak of, are the office employees of CRE.

They don't get any special treatment from CRE's incompetent and dysfunctional management ... they are in just as much fear - probably more - for their jobs than your husband. That's why they lie. It's easier to lie to a driver than explain to their boss that they can't meet their objective or that they screwed up.

Fight back! Challenge them! ... threaten to go over their head and then do it. They'll back down, because they don't want their boss to believe they are a screw up.
