Hireright has contacted me back and they say they cannot do anything more than post a refuttal reflecting my side of the incident. Meanwhile, time stautes have run out on wrongful termination and the attorney advised that this will not affect my record as far as the upcoming changes in 2010. I now want to get past the fact that I even worked for Duncan and Son Lines. The incident that happened to me was a set up and completely full of lies. I have the Judgement from the Administrative Law Judge to prove it. I have moved on to people that treat me right. And I will advise anyone that works for Duncan and Son Line to be very careful, because they do not care about their drivers. They will use you up and throw you away.
