I work here currently . I have zero bad to say . The guarantees have changed I know most are 1500 now with 150$ extra for each weekend day you work so if you take say mon and tues off your “guarantee “ would be 1800 . You can make more but it isn’t that easy but it’s do able . My dispatchers great . He knows some people are content with just riding they guarantee and others wanna make the most so he’ll run you accordingly . Terminal manager can def make or break your time with the company I’m sure but the two at my terminal are petty cool … one use to drive the other grew up around trucks so they get it . They’ll do they’re best to help you out and keep your record good w the company but they do have a job to do and if you F up .. its they’re job to hold you accountable which makes sense to me . Basically if you do your job they’ll do theirs and that’s to keep you rolling . Equipment is bare bones . But they do have sub trucks on the lot usually all the time but if for some reason you can’t get in a truck for the day(yours is in the shop) that’s where the guarantee comes in . It’s not hard work from what I have seen the management and dispatchers musta changed over because they’re all a good group to me . Night dispatch is great some times your on hold for a bit but this isn’t a mom and pops 10 truck company they’re busy but they def do their best to give or find a answer asap and get you squared away .Shoot me a message if ya got any other questions about working here but I WOULD recommend the company to work for
hotrod1653, mjd4277, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this. -
