Unmaintained equipment. So bad that some drivers almost got into serious wrecks. One company shop in Franklin WI. With uncertified mechanics. They also don't think anything is wrong with the trucks. The owner Jeff Lorino doesn't even address his equipment issues. You breakdown they say "we'll send someone out" like it's no big deal. No written rate on breakdown pay or detention pay. It's just whatever he decides to give you. They claim no force dispatch only to call you and say "we need you to start pulling certain loads". The ask what time would you like to start. Then they will call 3 hours before that and ask can you start now. He's running 06 Pete's and Freights that are beat to death. These are facts not made up not because I'm angry. Just want to warn other drivers. They have a bunch of ads out.

They do have 2007s. Poorly maintained trucks. When you have an issue with the truck they shortcut the repairs so it ends up breaking down again. They tell you they'll pay you for that down time. If you stay on them they will if not you will not see it. A couple guys had near death experiences because of bad trucks and trailers. I heard recently they are getting newer equip but who knows. They will get you home weekends or daily depending on where you live, assigned trucks, some grocery loads with long dock times. Dispatchers are decent except Jason the night guy.

With regards to the equipment, isn’t that something you should have noticed right off the bat? Like when you went in for the interview, etc? I know there’s been more than one time where I pulled into a terminal, took a quick spin around the yard, and left and went home because of what I saw...

No because the interview is held in a different building than the trucks

A building with a wall so high as to not see the trucks and trailers?
I mean sure, at a yard some junk is to be expected. From wrecks and breakdowns that were just hauled in to scrap used for parts. That should never be all the trucks you see though.

No not next to the building it's down a few blocks around the corner. If you're not from there's no way you could find it. When I saw them believe me I wanted to quit. I had no other job to go to so. I was stuck. If you're a attorney for them that's fine but ask questions instead of assuming it usually works. Just saying
