Well if they ever get time to BS on here you may hear from them? I don't ask our guys to get involved in posts like this, it would be a waste of their time. I'd rather have them focused on the important stuff, hauling loads and making money.

Your never going to he only talks about the numbers from the most profitable truck that week. Things have never changed he just keeps reeling them in and watching them flip flop around until they go broke!

Even funnier. If someone went broke working with me, it sure wasn't from the lack of good paying loads we had to offer them.

Your right it was the lack of not getting enough of them "good paying loads" and the fact drivers stay parked more than they run...

Wouldn't it be nice if we could ban Gary from this site just like
he has done to countless others on his site for speaking the truth. He could go post on his own forum but there's nobody on it. Just look at how old all the posts are.

Well, beings you yourself have no first hand experience working with us you should probably try to flag one of our guys down that's actually out there working today and talk to them. Our guys are really easy to spot, they all pull the same type of trailer and they're almost always loaded down with good paying freight.

The info you posted here is old, outdated and most likely collected from a few individuals that we just couldn't help. We can't help them all, never claimed to be able to. I don't have to tell you that though, do I ? ;)

I personally know two people you used to dispatch and neither has anything good to say, and there are A LOT of them scattered over various forums that weren't happy either, I get the "can't please everyone" but really, why the huge turnover rate and unhappy drivers? Most of them continue trucking, just not with you dispatching them.

    BAYOU Thanks this.

Cause hauling good paying loads in abundance is the number one reason why a carrier would go broke right!

Flatbedcarrier, please don't get me wrong, I'm not picking on you. It's just the posts you are writing here come across as arrogant or from someone who doesn't own their own trucks and therefore don't really know what their talking about.

Many of the guys I see posting here lately I see posting on many threads and I have respect and admiration for as fellow piers as they see things and say it as it is much the same as I do.
It's quiet, I think all of us except you agree on that. I'm pretty sure when we are saying its quiet that doesn't mean there is no freight moving but more so that there isn't enough freight to overwhelm the $0.50 to $1pm carriers and spill over driving up the rate enough for the rest of us that don't just spin the wheels for the heck of it. You did state you load cheap freight on your O/O's and therefore would make sense that you would be busy. Posting ridiculously cheap turnover for the miles, effort, cost and trying to tell me or anybody who's been in this business long enough to know the difference is to be honest, I'm not sure if irritating or laughable is the best way to describe. It would appear you would only know this business as a broker or such but not a carrier.
However that may have something to do with the next paragraph.

Correct me if I'm wrong as I don't know you only from posts I see here and don't have the history you appear to have with some of the other members here but from what I can make out you organize / dispatch or find loads for either a monthly fee or load by load basis?
If that's the case then your revenue is fixed to a certain extent and make the same money from the carriers you dispatch regardless if they are hauling for $0.25 or $25pm?
It would be very easy to be busy under these circumstances once you find carriers who only have the skills to drive.

Carriers who can't find their own loads or negotiate their prices by themselves are usually pretty easy to string along and will always need a service such as yours. More power to you as that's good business for you!

I don't mean to offend you, I'm just calling it like I see it. Also a good debate is usually educational for everybody.
