I am a member of Gary's forum and my screen name is ontimetransportnd.I have never used his dispatch services, so I cannot comment on that, but I will comment on him helping me out when a broker's load was bigger and heavier than on the agreement. He gave me many suggestions on how to get the problem resolved.I have posted many questions in regards to hot shotting and he has always steered me in the right direction. Also I run a Chevy 3500 with a 40' dovetail deckover not a Dodge with a 40' lowboy and he has never tried to steer me towards a Dodge or lowboy for that matter or rejected me for not running what he recommends.I honestly believe that some people think that hot shotting is a piece of cake and can make a fortune from it without making sacrifices.Yes you will have to sleep in your backseat or sleeper if you have one or pay a motel if the back seat is not comfortable enough for you.you will most likely be stuck somewhere for the weekend because most places don't unload then.I cleaned oil rig tanks with super sucker trucks for years, shoveling cuttings, and pushing around invert mud into a 60' 0f 6" rubber hose for 20+ hrs straight at a time and a 100 + hrs a week and when we had any standby time I would sleep on the floor of the freightliner, between both seats of the PETE, Kenworth, or CAT.So I don't care where I sleep and how hard the physical labor is because I still believe that there are few things in this world that are as hard as cleaning those oil rig tanks.Think about it before you buy that rig, all the time you will be away from home, tarping, and sleeping in that backseat.Definitely not for everyone.
