    Pictures of the truck with decals removed also works. They just want assurances that you arent running the truck with their name on it, just like every carrier.

    Yes because its in their name. No different than the dot number and company name needing to be removed from your truck.

    I've been at Mercer for 2.5 years now. You'll never hear me say they are perfect. Nobody is. A fella has to screw up pretty good to get canned here. Or get too many safety points. So, it's my belief that the OP has not told the whole story here. Some people just can't own up to their own mistakes. Maybe he's one of them.

    You are absolutely correct. And to prove how slimy Mercer is I am posting the term letter I was given by Mercer. As you can see they are demanding far more than door signs to release my final settlement. Mercer does not care about complying with federal law. Additionally, they did not give me 15 days notice as required by the contract. All you Mercer guys pull your contracts and read it. It says they’re supposed to give you 15 days. As you can see by the letter they also left me stranded 1000 miles from home without liability insurance. So all you Mercer guys out there blindly defending them just wait till it happens to you.
