Beware of MHC Kenworth Dallas

Put a $1000.00 down as a deposit to hold the truck. We were told by sales person lupe Martinez that if for any reason we changed our minds that deposit was reimbursed to use. He lied we asked him to look into something a little less expensive he kept giving us the run around. Then I sent him an email stating that we were no longer interested. He text back saying he was keeping the deposit. I asked why he said sales manager said he could. I spoke to sales manager he told me because the sales representative needed to get paid for time he spent helping and because he didn't feel like giving the money back. Does anyone know how I can get my deposit back. Mhc has committed a crime of theft.

 

Please tell me they gave you a receipt for the deposit stating EXACTLY what you tell us here,that its 100% refundable should you decide not to buy.
