BEWARE OF THE ILLEGAL SCAM - AGS TRUCKING - AMERICAN SERVICE GROUP AND L&S TRUCK SERVICE

When a Company - Company A books a load with CHR, then WITHOUT PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE of CHR Company A in turns rolls it over to a different company who is a Broker - Company B - Who then in turn Books the same load with an Owner Op who takes the load down the road, this is CLEARLY Double Brokering and illegal by several definitions. CHR thinks Company A has the load and knows nothing of Company B or the Owner Op ( a 3rd party) .
I know how brokers will swap loads around WITH PERMISSION, TQL does it all the time, but that's the difference, WITH Permission and Knowledge.

this company (companies) that i am referring to are playing a shell game and the original brokers never knew that their loads where changing hands 2, 3 or maybe even 4 times before finally being moved. and the broker's customers, who in some cases had exclusive contracts, were not only Pissed, but exposed. Now who is liable if something happens?

This is the kind of company that Owner Ops need to stay the hell away from. and i'm hoping to bury them and I'll take any info or help anyone has on this company(ies)
