Worked with team, ran my butt off, never late, except when equipment broke down, frequently. Told anyone could run hazmat as long as it was under 1001 lb. told them that not true. Then they made my life a living hades. Destroyed my rep, had me followed, and whoever they paid to follow me kept telling lies, trying to insinuate I was doing illegal activities. Lookout

Never put a napkin over the satellite camera, the one they say isn’t there.

I worked for Total over 8 years. Family oriented with an open door policy including Management. Tony Wallace and Chris Stomps are great about solving issues, but you must follow the chain of command. New trucks go to teams and drivers on Dedicated high priority accounts. Never had an issue with them getting me a room when my truck was in the shop, but I ran nights and high priority accounts and put my foot down about not sleeping in the day room. Miles are there 3000+ if you want it and if you're solo, you will learn the East coast. Only Dedicated coming in the door is Dollar General. The downside was 1. Pay (but US Xpress had their say about it then). 2. Trailers (I've heard the situation is a lot better). 3. No Seniority policy for Drivers when Dedicated Accounts become available. 4. It's more of a great place for new drivers now. 5. Safety in Jackson monitors the camera without an incident. They can hear your conversation. I heard they can see the drivers also but not certain.
