I was going to go drive there years ago and they wanted me to go out with a trainer, which I had no problem with until I heard him call me the N------ word. When I got back to Troy I packed my things and left. I'm black and it's hard enough being out on the road but I do not and will not have someone representating a company calling me names like that. That kinda made me feel like the whole companies culture felt the same way. A friend I know drives for them now and he said so far things were going good for him.

I got no problem doing 20 drops. $50 each additional stop- 19 x $50 is $950 right in my pocket.
Nice! -
I work here now and I keep track of what I'm doing and what it pays. While there has been things mixed once or twice. it was corrected on the next check.
As far as the pay. Brand new drivers make $0.50. After 6 months. $0.55.
After a year $0.60.
You can take $0.14 as a per deim and not be taxed on that money. If you do that it is subtracted from you $0.50 cpm.
This is a reefer ltl company. Sometimes you make multiple stops. There $50 to bump the dock, then $25 hr detention after 1 or 2 hours depending on how much is being unloaded.
If you are new to trucking this is maybe the highest paying companies starting out. I did a little over 70k my first year.
I went thru their school. I would say it's pretty good.
The office staff is cool and everyone is friendly.
The equipment is no older than 2 or 3 years old.
The shop keeps up on maintenance and if you ever have a issue there there to help.
I felt I had to make a rebuttle after reading all the bad reviews.
My experience is completely different.bryan21384, snowlauncher and Lonesome Thank this. -
They are keeping most of the money if you are doing LTL...get your experience and move on..
