If you got a warning theres nothing to fight. As far as your governed speed, well I have driven lots of trucks with governor on the speed and had no problem getting them to exceed the governed speed , slight down hill would do it.

I think you were riding a hill and got nicked for it. Virginia and West Virginia are known for having a trooper behind a tall bush at the bottom of a hill they live for that especially in the 60 zones.
Ok note to self: West Virginia does not allow big trucks to go 11 over the speed limit. That's good to know.
1) Trucks are held to different standards than cars. In Ohio they pull trucks over for 1 Mph over the limit. 2) Officers will zap a car next to you then pull the truck over for that speed. Old trick but being used more now.
