Safeway, it is almost obscene what are you doing ! In public, like that ? Just too much fakeness and too much kiss kiss.
Chobani and Co used to pay decent a while back, nowadays not so much anymore ? Is SHRAM to blame ? I see more and more complaints . Is it just me ? Who is this "always-paid-on-time-awsome-never-had a-problem" guy ROSS? Then add them to the no broker list.. -
Not a Shram but a SHAM....check this out.

Hi,
I just set up an account for this very purpose. Can anyone tell me what rate they get paid from Chobani from New Berlin going to Twin Falls? we get $3500 usually. Thanks for the info if you feel like giving it. -
This thread is kinda old but a $1.51 a mile clear across the country on a reefer? Really? I always wonder who is out there hauling for rates like that. I can never bring myself to believe but I guess it does happen all the time. I'm guessing you're new and we all had to start somewhere. Really sounds like something that's best left to sit on the loading dock at a go broke rate like that. Why haul a load across the country that doesn't even cover your cost? Anyways, it's not a good idea to post what/where you are picking freight from and how much it pays - allowing your competition such an easy way to cut your throat.
Big_D409 and ShortBusKid Thank this. -
Thanks, this is a load that a company lines up for one of our trucks, I was trying to tell the company that I can't afford it but he was trying to tell me that it was a normal thing. I guess he doesn't care, he isn't paying for fuel. And yeah about the thread being old....I only noticed that after I posted my post :/

He's lying to you and taking advantage of you. You don't need a customer like that. A good customer would pay a fair, not over the top, but fair rate year round if they valued your service. This is a cheap customer always looking for dirt cheap trucks. They deserve exactly what they get when they can't find one and have to pay $5 a mile. I bet he doesn't mention that to you but he surely does when trucks are scarce but in demand. They all will when they have to. He's trying to make you run for what a shyster broker would and saving brokerage fees. This sort of thing is worse with dry vans.

Shram broker is just another wolf in sheep's clothing. They scheduled a solo driver to pu 5 PM n driver 300 miles to deliver at 9 AM so driver can get HOS violation. Shipper said you are scheduled for pu at 9 PM. Why the heck I showed up 4 hr early for? Their day dispatcher guy response was they are not responsible n do not put drivers in violation. Hello genius! I got your written contract that will hold up in court. Yet said they are Christian. So disappointed by their childish behavior. If you are looking for professional broker then this is not the one.

I'm confused.
