    Surprisingly nobody has mentioned the
    fact that the biker was planning on turning right without looking. Both the trucker and the biker were at fault.

    Also, imagine being a trucker in a city with a heavy bicycle usage.

    Haha .. I hate seeing bicycles in the road way but the bicycle wasn't turning right but switching to the right lane that had just started . He did attempt to do a alternate right signal.

    I think that with the increase in traffic that the laws of allowing bicycles on the road ways should be reviewed.
