I just rolled in, I'll see if I can find it tomorrow and figure out how to post video tomorrow. It was really pretty cool- lots of flashing lights, wasn't there some banner on the side?

Yea It said our company name and something else. I never saw a good photo of the banner lol. If you do that would be awesome. Ill forward it to the driver. If you can't figure out to post it maybe emailing might work. I use photobucket for posting most of my stuff.

Well I graduated boys! This is what I'm hauling tomoorw, just finished loading it.

Just kidding. But I did load it on. My first two weeks when I was in training, I helped move this and another of our smaller milling machines. But I was overwhelmed at the time. From running a 450 excavator on my first day to learning how to sideload from a driver who couldn't explain what to do in English.

I hauled one on my own about a month ago but the operator loaded it for me and then I had to mash buttons while on the phone with another driver to unload it.

But tonight was the first time, everything clicked and I understand all the buttons and how to load it properly.

We have a new dispatcher who I thought was an idiot at first (he didn't know trucking or the equipment) but his mistakes gave us extra hours, so I didn't mind. But man has he picked up a lot, ID bet that he knows more about the knowledge side than me already.

But what I really like about him is that he is slowly training me to make it so that I can move everything we have.
