Hey ron, I know a guy that has a huge yard there that maybe able to shuttle it to his yard for you to load if you have enough money on it to pay a nominal fee.

Is it just me or Does it seem like truck drivers always want to park beside another truck for some reason when there's plenty of other spots available? I'm 15 feet wide taking up 1.5 spots in a relatively empty truck stop and of course some idiot has to cram in beside me. My self when parking I prefer to stay away from other trucks for the peace and quiet not try and get as close to some one as possible

I was thinking the same thing. Had times where I couldn't get the whole setup into the load, so found a spot close by, took the trailer in by itself, got loaded then eased down the road to where I had left the rest & hooked it up there.

I've had to yank the jeep several times to get in and out of places.

Just thought I'd check. Glad to hear you are loading. Did you get a load out of San Antonio or deadhead?

DH $4/mile for a cat excavator not worth it

This is an easy one - loads 1/2 mile from my yard and delivers Monday in Carson down by the port.

Look forward to hanging out with you when I get back that way again.

I'm over hear with my flatbed tonight, loading some lathes in the morning then taking them to Pasadena. Get those off & swing by my yard to grab one of my RGN's to come right back out here to load an 11'6" tall crated one Saturday morning. Should have it off Saturday afternoon.

Decent rate for the loaded miles & 1/2 rate for my deadhead miles, so it's worth my time.

I'll be sending you my contact info shortly.
