No, that is max possible. AZ is one of the states that doesn't give 60k on tri's, if I remember correctly OH used to be this way as well about 10or so years ago...
That's why the west coast or commonly known CA 9axle is 2-2-2-2, they give big weights to tandems.
I can go 20000, 46725, 45400, 45400, 45400 for a max gross of 202,925 in CA, with a tare of as low as 64k that gives me a possible 139,000 payload...don't have any old AZ's to check, but it's in the vicinity of that as well.

It is complicated, so in his example he has 51,000 on his tractor with 3 axles on the ground and 55,000 with the 3 axles on the trailer then 46,000 on the jeep tandem and 37,000 on the stinger. Is that because of spacings?

Yea those are my weights. the only difference in max weights is the steer - you can go to 20-23k and the tandems you can go 46700 with 8 6 wide axles
