That's what they are- air bag jacks. Handy to have, lots of uses & don't take up a lot of room. New they cost a whole lot more than a bottle jack, though- have to look for them at auctions.

I've slid them under the beams & lifted the trailer (loaded) to get under it easier when it's slippery- those will pick it up about 6", just right.

When I was in the local Vol Fire Dept we had a assortment of air bags that we used primarily for rescue purposes, they're a great tool

They work well but dont last in my experience. I must say I have only had two but after both failed after a very short while I decided that at the cost it was not a solution. Good for some situations and emergencies but neither lasted more than about 60 inflation/deflation cycles. They were been used at less than 20% of their rated capacity between two smooth flat surfaces and not over extended. We had almost 300 shipping containers that we were unpacking that each had a 16000 lbs poly cement tank inside that we used the jacks to lift one side of to put rigging skates under.
Paratech was the make of bag I believe. The distributor replaced the first one but said that we must be abusing the bags when the second failed. It sure was convenient when they worked but had to go back to manually pumping a hydraulic toe jack in a confined space in the back end of a container that must have been at least 120 deg F.This was after belly crawling over the top for almost 40ft dragging a jack and tommy bar. After the first 100 times it gets old.Wish the bags would have held up.

Could be the ones I have are different brands & Kevlar. I've done stuff I was sure it was going to pop before lifting anything. It'll happen sooner or later.

Honesly, it did look like it might have been a little awkward to tarp that sucker. Lol...did you use brute force or cuss words to help you unroll that big 30x30? Lol

I am an old guy - I used guile and experience - oh and a forklift to drape it over the top. Just had to wrestle the extra length and width

There are 12 1/2 chains under there somewhere - all in all my favorite kind of load to haul.
