Truck dad, I found out today who did that opps. Barnhart crane. Their heavy haul division out of Houston did that.
The driver thought he was going to hit the power lines, did a hard brake. His chains broke, the unit slammed into the neck also and dent the vessel.
Yep he got fired. I found out by chance on it today where I lded.

Depends on how you list it. Some of the houses in Nv . would run your card as a repair shop business
