    Forgot how much a pain these are for tie down. Now off to sunny Fl.

    If you think they are a pain to tie down try working on one for a week. Not sure how many of them I worked on the engine on.

    The tires are going with the parts ld.
    I was trying to figure out how to hide them, when the yard man asked do you wanna take them or put on parts trk.
    Well put em on the parts trk. No brainer

    Would the permitting folks have disallowed hauling the tires on the deck as a reducible load even tho they were removed to facilitate loading to legal height?

    Depends on the state, and the scale person...that's why when I've done it before, I do my best to hide them..or try too
