$4000 a pair? There must be gold under the paint!?! What are the two holes for in the center? To bolt/clamp them on?

    PeteyFixAll and johndeere4020 Thank this.

Does he want them as wide as the trailer wheels? I am thinking from fuel storage tanks on the pedestal, tall narrow crates, a short system silo on cradles, high cube sea containers, sheet steel....

    Canadian dollars?
    Engineering?
QT130 grade steel, so they're strong enough to support the load they're engineered for and carrying?
Aspen is proud of their product?
That isn't what I paid for mine, but was the telephone price.
Mine are a fair amount different than the pic above. They are 10" wide, fully rated to my trailer capacity, and only weigh about 400lbs ea.

Might as well make them 102" so thier max legal for the future as well, that's what I'd do...

    PeteyFixAll and johndeere4020 Thank this.

Yeah, some people think steel is steel. The high tensile stuff to built engineered, rated, and quality product stuff, not quite so much...but that's why you pay for it

Was that cash and carry? I have to get mine shipped from Tulsa or Houston, depending on which warehouse has it. The last sheet I got was $1400 delivered.

And you don't use farm supply store welding rods to weld it either.

    I guess I'll wait until I get a current price on T1... haven't bought it for a while :)

Guessing with those prices though, you guys don't buy that much steel?

    1951 ford Thanks this.
