Long reach units are easy. Just lay rubber on back and set boom down. No issue on boom arch being the highest point, normally the cab will be the high point.

This particular long reach has a support welded onto the stick for transport purposes, as well as a stiff leg between the boom and stick, also for transport in order to prevent damage to the stick ram. I like to tie the stick down as close to this support as I can. I think I have another picture showing the stick better. Also, I can't go any lower than this or the bucket ram will contact the cross member.
