    That is a good point. Honestly I think that is why they have lasted as long as they have. They do flex quite a bit. I was sold on them by watching their videos and the abuse they put them through.

    Are you running 6 or 7 axles? How much does the CAT weigh?
    I'm running a step now. Thinking about DD. I have a standard tandem truck. Just trying to figure my payload limits running 6 axles. (tandem truck, 3 axle trailer).Thanks.

    I run a seven. Only needed six for this one. It was @ 61k. Gross was somewhere around 106ish. 11'2" wide and 14'6" high on the trailer.

    Around 65 will be your max load wgt, if you get a 3 axle trailer

    Anything much over that you'll have axle wgt issues in the 40k states

    I ran on 6 with my current truck and could scale 70k as long as the piece wasn't real long. Had to have it almost all the way to the back of the well though. Wind hubs and excavators in that weight for example.
