Hey, @TripleSix you think RI change the posted weight after route survey. Maybe that's why there isn't more of a stink?

Good, easy loads, 12'6" wide, 15'6" tall, 20' long, 6,000 pounds each. Good money. Supposed to have 200 more to move in the next couple of months.
Never gone the route they had us run, obviously the state of Texas doesn't know about this 14'7" bridge on 77 Business in Waco. Lost a little over an hour on the shoulder waiting for the PD to show up to shut down traffic so I could back mine out.
Cop got out & asked what I wanted him to do? Told him to raise the bridge. He chuckled & asked, what did I need him to do? Told him since he obviously wasn't up to the challenge of raising the bridge, to stop the traffic. Had to wait for 2 more cops to get there since this was between 2 overpasses & at the bottom of the first was a get on ramp.
Cost me getting through Tarrant county before curfew. Still worth it for the money though.
