The way I understand it, Ghilotti Bros Const in San Rafeal CA (pictured) is all Murray and the other part of the family, Ghilotti Const in Santa Rosa CA is all Cozad. Both have been all Pete for years and years until the last few when they worked in some KW's.

Bad day yesterday morning. Pulling in oversize on I 94 when someone crashed into me. Driver Fell asleep on the wheel. At home waiting for truck to get repaired, might be a while. Feel bad for not rolling and also for the driver that hit me. Second time in two years someone ran into me. Br safe out there guys.

Not often I've seen a trailer snapped like that. Seen one on 63 a few years back. Not sure what happened but it looked like the neck snapped off while loaded. They had a lane blocked off and a welder putting it back together in the middle of the highway lol.

Bet that was spendy. Emergency call out on the highway and all. It happens though as steel gets old.
Now if a cheap 35 ton trl and a 50 ton ld
Well that's what happens when you use potato chip equipment lol

Surprisingly not as bad as you would think! Major damage to right front side but their ford kept them intact.

Had to go Way back in the Time Machine to find these...
I don't like to have the load supported only by the bolsters. I've seen too many broke off over the years, I will always do my darnedest to block on the frame. I like frame support, it's the least likely component to fail.

That truck looks really familiar. I recall seeing one like that at the WI rest area in Beloit a while back.
