    I’d say mud.

Snow’s easier to dig your way out of,

Plus, once you do get moving again there is cleanup. In snow just toss everything over the passenger seat, crack the window so the now high humidity has a place to go, and in a couple hours everything is "clean".
With mud, once it dries out it's either a clay that you have to chisel clean, or a fine powder that refuses to be swept up. In both cases cleaning the truck and clothes is a chore in and of it's self.

Feedman and MACK E-6 Thank this.

I had 2 wives as well ....soo maybe I am just never going to happy.

I am just trying to find the sweet spot for freight/rates

    Trying to be able
To scale 125-130k so that I can get 95-130 instead of 95 to 119.

We all have our cross to bear and mine is trying to be more Swiss Army knife instead of one truck pony

stwik, SAR, Feedman and 4 others Thank this.

Yes, I still have the flat deck, I have to figure out how I am going to get it back to Arizona. I built this deck to expand the range of loads I can haul - I am not nearly as flexible as 8 axle.

The beam does give me 30’ of well space and I can get about 1500 lbs lighter when I get back my yard by dropping my tarps and my pontoons I had built for the beam that I won’t need for most loads.

I can do the larger RT cranes and Wheel loaders now that I couldn’t do without being 16 tall. And maybe the 63x scrapers if I can figure them out.

I was hoping to be able to get enough net to get the 374 or 390s if they are stripped down. I need the extra 4-5k to have a shot.

I got to move all my new oak blocks today - so I a little tired and possibly whines.

kylefitzy, stwik, SAR and 4 others Thank this.
