I'm almost more impressed with the size of your fuel tank lol.

Asking as a pure student: what's the logic behind extending the trailer to 90' rather than short enough to maintain the structure of the load in order to make it easier to maneuver in transit?

If I read correctly it was 85'

Twin 150 gallon tanks let’s us go two days typically without fueling. We don’t always stop at a place where we can get fuel and try to avoid fueling during the day.

I would have preferred to stretch to 85’ but went to 90 for a few reasons. The customer was very adamant about not having the table hang of the rear at all (or I would have had 10’ of rear overhang if I had my choice). The last 2’ of the table was motors and a control box that didn’t touch the trailer so that could have easily hung over the back with less then a foot of actual table hanging off the back, the customer would have been happy, and I would have had an 85’ trailer. But my permit was ordered with no rear overhang even though I requested 5’ just in case.

I also set the table back 2’ at the front for clearance in turns to keep the load out of the side of my sleeper. The wider the load the farther back it needs to be. Plus It gave me a nice place to put my extra tarps.

Honestly there doesn’t seem to be much difference between 85’ and 90’. I’m still going to use the entire road to make most corners.
