Should've just deleted the emissions crap off of the old truck.

 

That was talked about. But the problem comes that when you need to have it worked on. A lot of places will outright refuse to touch it. EPA has busted more than a few places. Enough so to scare the rest.

 

Do you guys only deal with the dealer for repairs?

It depends on the situation. It's gonna be hard to find a local shop to stand behind their work when one is a thousand miles away. So say from one cat shop to another. We can typically have better luck.

 

Just this 60,000 pound mill roll that broke in half (or more like a third). Bet that was one hell of noise.

This was at BNSF rail yard.

It seems everyone with a 9 axle (I know this is not a 9 axle) seems to be moving transformers in California.

 

Took these photos earlier today. Not sure on the exact details, looks like a distillation column to me. Gross was around 200k and I think the piece itself is 130' long.
